Food Name:Scrambled egg

Food Ingredients:4 large eggs, 2 tablespoons milk or cream, salt and pepper to taste, 2 tablespoons butter or oil, chopped fresh herbs (optional)

How to Cook:Crack the eggs into a bowl, add milk or cream, and season with salt and pepper. Beat the mixture until well combined. Heat the butter or oil in a non-stick skillet over medium-low heat. Pour the egg mixture into the skillet and let it cook undisturbed for about 1 minute until the edges start to set. Using a spatula, gently push the eggs from the edges towards the center, allowing the uncooked eggs to flow to the edges. Continue cooking and gently stirring until the eggs are mostly set but still slightly runny. Remove from heat and let the residual heat finish cooking the eggs. Sprinkle with chopped fresh herbs if desired and serve immediately.
