Food Name:Classic Chicken Sandwich
Food Ingredients:Boneless, skinless chicken breasts, salt, pepper, olive oil, lettuce leaves, tomato slices, red onion slices, sliced cheese (optional), mayonnaise, mustard, bread rolls or slices
How to Cook:Season chicken breasts with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Cook chicken breasts for about 6-7 minutes per side until fully cooked. Prepare sandwich toppings: lettuce, tomato, red onion, and cheese if using. Toast bread until golden brown. Spread mayonnaise and mustard on one side of each bread slice. Place a cooked chicken breast on the bottom half of each roll or bread slice. Top with lettuce, tomato, red onion, and cheese. Cover with the top half of the roll or another slice of bread. Serve immediately.
