Food Name:Classic Chocolate Brownies
Food Ingredients:1 cup (225g) unsalted butter, 2 cups (400g) granulated sugar, 4 large eggs, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, ¾ cup (90g) unsweetened cocoa powder, 1 cup (125g) all-purpose flour, ½ teaspoon salt, ½ teaspoon baking powder
How to Cook:Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Grease and flour a 9x13 inch baking pan. In a saucepan, melt the butter over low heat. Remove from heat and stir in sugar, eggs, and vanilla. Beat in cocoa, flour, salt, and baking powder. Spread the batter into the prepared pan. Bake for 25 to 30 minutes. Do not overcook; the brownies should be soft in the center. Let cool in the pan, then cut into squares.
