Food Name:Classic Spaghetti Carbonara

Food Ingredients:Cook 400g of spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. In a bowl, whisk together 3 large eggs, 1 cup of grated Parmesan cheese, 200g of diced pancetta or bacon, and freshly ground black pepper to taste.

How to Cook:In a large skillet, cook the pancetta or bacon until crispy. Remove from heat and set aside. Drain the cooked spaghetti, reserving 1/2 cup of pasta water. Immediately add the hot spaghetti to the egg mixture and toss to coat, allowing the heat from the pasta to cook the eggs. If the sauce is too thick, gradually add some of the reserved pasta water until desired consistency is reached. Serve immediately, garnished with extra grated Parmesan cheese and chopped parsley if desired.
