Food Name:Spaghetti Aglio e Olio

Food Ingredients:Cook 400g of spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. In a large skillet, heat 1/4 cup of extra virgin olive oil over medium heat. Add 4 cloves of thinly sliced garlic and cook until fragrant and lightly golden, about 2 minutes. Add 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes for a spicy kick, if desired. Drain the cooked spaghetti and add it to the skillet with the garlic and oil. Toss well to coat the pasta evenly.

How to Cook:Season the pasta with salt and freshly ground black pepper to taste. Stir in a handful of chopped fresh parsley and the juice of 1 lemon for brightness. Cook for another minute, allowing the flavors to meld together. Serve hot, garnished with additional parsley and grated Parmesan cheese if desired.
